Traditional vs. Untraditional

Most traditional strength programs focus on cultivating movements such as the squat, deadlift, and bench press.  Each of these compound movements lays the foundation in your strength journey; however, our bodies crave more.

We move in multiple directions daily, and many injuries occur when we least expect it.

  • Picking your child up from the floor
  • Stepping off a curb and landing oddly
  • Reaching for a coat and tweaking your shoulder

Simply-Fit is a program designed with the unexpected in mind. Over eight weeks of progressive programming you will develop full-body strength and control that you can rely on.

Strong Body. Strong Mind.

Don't let your strength potential go untapped. You can have a program to follow, but life won't always allow you to stick a plan. We all have moments of worry and doubt.

If I don't do X, then I am a terrible person.

Within Simply-Fit, you will find eight weekly Mindfulness Challenges designed to help you:

  • Be present

  • To help quiet the mind and focus on your goal(s)

Hi, I’m Chris 👋

Fitness can be confusing, and it doesn't need to be. There are so many different resources, and it can be hard to figure out what is the right thing for you.

For myself, I have been lucky enough to get to work with some talented, smart, and patient mentors in the fitness world. Most of what I know today is from listening, asking questions, and learning from my mistakes.

I created Simply-Fit because, over the last ten years, I have learned movement should be pain-free, and exercise should be fun. There is no need to destroy your body in your quest to become healthy.
